Cheese flavoured sauce mix
For preparing a sauce to spread over pasta and rice. Can be used in place of cheese as part of low protein diet. Spinkle like parmesan on low protein gratins, pasta dishes.

Modified corn starch, maltodextrines (corn), flavour, salt, powdered skimmed milk, anti cakking agent : tricalcium phosphate, thickener : cellulose gum, colouring : beta caroten (of which triglycerides, modified starch, glucose syrup, antioxidant : E301 & E307).

Use
1 heaped tsp corresponds to 4g powder. Direction for use : per 1 portion : Whisk 8g powder with 60ml water in a saucepan. Heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the required consistency is obtained.
Storage
In a cool and dry place. Once opened, use within 8 weeks. Shelf life : 24 months.
