Food for special medical purposes. Low protein preparation in powder, for drink.
Ingredients
Whey permeate powder (milk), modified potato starch, fat (butter oil, glucose syrup, protein of milk, stabiliser : E451i, anti caking agent : silicon oxide), lactose, sugar, maltodextrin (corn), anti caking agent : tricalcium phopshate, flavour, acidifier : malic acid.

Use
To make a dessert to drink : 2 measures (1 scoop = 10g powder) in 100ml cold water. Mix. Let settle 5 minutes and drink cold.
To make an ice cream : 4 measures + 100ml water. Add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, let settle 5 minutes. Put this preparation into 2 small jars and freeze during 2-3 hours. You can add 25g of blended strawberries. It is also possible to use it in making cake (to replace the yoghurt).
Indication + Precaution
Use under medical supervision in low protein diets. Not suitable as the only source of diet. Not for healthy children and adults and not for children under 3 years old.
STorage
In a cool and dry place / Shelf life : 24 months. Cover opened can with lid. Once opened, use within 8 weeks.
