Use
To replace egg in recipes.
Equivalence : for 1 whole egg, mix 10g of egg replacer + 40ml of water.
Precaution
Use under medical supervision in low protein diets. Not suitable as the only source of diet. Not for healthy children and adults and not for children under 3 years old.
Storage
In a cool and dry place. Once opened, use within 2 months.
Shelf life : 12 months.
