Use
To replace cheese in slices. To consume with low protein bread. Can be also warmed and grated.
Precautions
To use under medical supervision in low protein diets.
Not suitable as the only source of diet. Not for healthy children and adult and not for children under 3 years old.
Storage
Shelf life: 12 months after the manufacturing date. Packed under protective atmosphere. Keep in a cool and dry place, then 15 days in the refrigerator after opening in a hermetic box. Can be frozen.
