Pasta salad with avocados
Directions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain and allow to cool.
- Dice the tomatoes and thinly slice the mushrooms and avocado.
- Add to the pasta.
- Season with vinaigrette and serve chilled.
