Cumin croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Fish Substitute
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 pinches of cumin seeds
  • 100ml Dalia
  • 50g semolina
  • 10ml oil

Preparation

  1. Reconstitute the fish substitute by adding 100ml of water and the cumin. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Make little sausages using the palms of the hands and roll them in the fine semolina. Dip in a little Dalia and repeat the procedure. You should end up with lovely finely-coated croquettes.
  3. Fry in hot oil and serve with lemon wedges.
