Rice pudding

  • 200 g  rice substitute
  • 250 ml water
  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 * 200 ml Dalia
  • bitter almond or orange blossom or cinnamon (depending on your taste).

  1. Stir 200 g rice substitute with 250 ml water and 60 g sugar. Cook in a saucepan for 2 minutes 30.
  2. Then add 200 ml Dalia and cook for 2 minutes 30.
  3. Add 200 ml Dalia and cook for 5 more minutes.
  4. Then add few drops of bitter almond or orange blossom or cinnamon (depending on your taste).
  5. Add 200 ml more Dalia and cook for 10 more minutes.
