Semolina colombo (PKU)

  • 1 sachet of noPhenyl 8+
  • 250ml of water
  • 100g of semolina
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of colombo

  1. Cover and simmer gently with Colombo then, pour the semolina.
  2. Add a sachet of noPhenyl 8+. Stir well and pour in square cake.
  3. Allow to cool in the fridge and cut into 4 portions. Decorate with cherry tomatoes.

 

Advice: You can also taste semolina with green curry or garam masala, with pineapple, fresh litchi or plantain.
