Sweet Marshmallow Cream

Ingredients

  • 20g egg substitute
  • 100ml water
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 200ml Dalia liquid

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, melt the marshmallows in 20ml of water.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the egg substitute with 80ml water to reconstitute the preparation. Add the Dalia. Pour this mixture into the saucepan and allow to thicken over low heat.
  3. Transfer to small glasses and decorate with little marshmallows.
