Risotto substitute: new texture, creamier

The manufacturing process of the Risotto Substitute has been modified, especially the heat treatment. This will now be shorter, so the Risotto Substitute is less “abused” during its production.

As a result, the product is significantly improved from a visual, texture and taste point of view. The rice grains are more visible, the texture is creamier and there is no longer a ‘blocky’ effect to the product.

To inform of this change, a sticker indicating ‘enhanced texture’ is displayed on the packaging of the first deliveries. Afterwards this sticker will disappear but the Risotto Substitute will still have this new texture!

The product is now on the market.
