Conservation : Store in a dry place at room temperature. Packaged under modified atmosphere with oxygen absorbers not intended for consumption. Remove from packaging after opening. After opening the sachet, the rolls can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days. The rolls can be frozen.

Use : To replace ordinary bread. For soft bread, reheat the roll in the oven (5 minutes at 180°C) or toaster.
