Apple Fritters

Ingredients

  • 60ml water
  • 50g bread and pastry Mix
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 apples

Preparation

  1. Cut the apples into 8, being careful to conserve the skin. Remove the core and coat the apple segments in the sugar.
  2. Add the water to the bread and pastry mix to form a somewhat thick batter.
  3. Dunk the fruit in the batter and then cook in a frying pan with a good amount of oil.

Tip: the batter can be flavoured with cinnamon or a little orange blossom water.
