- 60ml water
- 50g bread and pastry Mix
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 apples
- Cut the apples into 8, being careful to conserve the skin. Remove the core and coat the apple segments in the sugar.
- Add the water to the bread and pastry mix to form a somewhat thick batter.
- Dunk the fruit in the batter and then cook in a frying pan with a good amount of oil.
Tip: the batter can be flavoured with cinnamon or a little orange blossom water.
