Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Meat susbtitute
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 fennel bulb
  • A few sprigs of dill
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Preparation

  1. Reconstitute the substitute by adding 100ml of water. Let sit for 10min.
  2. Finely dice the fennel. Zest the lemon. Incorporate everything into substitute.
  3. Lastly, add the mustard and the finely-chopped dill. Form the meatballs and fry in a little oil.
