- 1 sachet Meat susbtitute
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 fennel bulb
- A few sprigs of dill
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
- Reconstitute the substitute by adding 100ml of water. Let sit for 10min.
- Finely dice the fennel. Zest the lemon. Incorporate everything into substitute.
- Lastly, add the mustard and the finely-chopped dill. Form the meatballs and fry in a little oil.
