Barbecue Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Meat substitute
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 pieces sun-blushed tomatoes in oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • 10ml oil

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the parsley, sun-blushed tomatoes and shallot. Crush the garlic.
  2. Reconstitute the meat substitute by adding 100ml of water. Immediately stir in the other ingredients and shape two steacks with your hands.
  3. Fry in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side and serve with ketchup.
