                                    Ingredients
- 200ml of water
- 200ml of Dalia liquid or 20 g of Dalia powder (to reconstitute)
- 50g Taranis rice substitute
- 40g Taranis semolina
- 100ml orange juice
- 50g sugar
- 1 orange
- 10g butter
Preparation
- Cook the rice in 200ml of water and 200ml of Dalia for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Dilute the semolina in the orange juice and pour over the rice.
- Stir and cook for a few minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Add the sugar, melted butter and orange pulp.
- Pour, into a charlotte mould, or into 6 small ramekins and let cool in the fridge.
- Unmould and decorate with orange slices.
