Orange rice substitute cake

Ingredients

  • 200ml of water
  • 200ml of Dalia liquid or 20 g of Dalia powder (to reconstitute)
  • 50g Taranis rice substitute
  • 40g Taranis semolina
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 10g butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice in 200ml of water and 200ml of Dalia for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Dilute the semolina in the orange juice and pour over the rice.
  3. Stir and cook for a few minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Add the sugar, melted butter and orange pulp.
  5. Pour, into a charlotte mould, or into 6 small ramekins and let cool in the fridge.
  6. Unmould and decorate with orange slices.
