Anise seed and Morello Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 10g egg substitute
  • 40ml water
  • 50g bread and pastry Mix
  • 20g sugar
  • 20ml Dalia
  • 1 teaspoon aniseed seeds
  • 250g Morello cherries

Preparation

  1. Combine the egg substitute with the water to reconstitute the preparation. Add the Mix, Dalia, sugar and anise seed.
  2. Grease a gratin dish and add the pitted cherries. Pour the preparation on top and bake for 20 minutes at 150°C (gas mark 5).
