- 15g Bread and pastry mix
- 10g butter
- 125ml Dalia liquid
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the Bread and pastry mix and then combine.
- Pour in the Dalia little by little and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Flavour with nutmeg.
Variants: nutmeg can be replaced by safron, celery salt, mixed herbs,etc.
