Bechamel sauce

Ingredients

  • 15g Bread and pastry mix
  • 10g butter
  • 125ml Dalia liquid
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the Bread and pastry mix and then combine.
  2. Pour in the Dalia little by little and cook until the mixture thickens.
  3. Flavour with nutmeg.

Variants: nutmeg can be replaced by safron, celery salt, mixed herbs,etc.
