Mini Pan Bagnats

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Meat Substitute
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 slices Cheese substitute
  • a few baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 breads rolls
  • 5 ml oil

Preparation

  1. Reconstitute the meat substitute by adding 100ml of water, the capers and the chopped chives. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Shape into 4 mini “steaks” and cook in a frying pan in a little fat.
  2. Cut the rolls into4 equal slices. Toast them.
  3. Peel and slice the cucumber. Make the mini pan bagnats starting with some spinach leaves, then half a slice of cheese subsitute, a mini steak, some cucumber slices and top with the other slice of bread. Make for mini pan bagnats.
